Did you accidentally enter a wrong address?
After placing your order, cancellation is no longer possible.
We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order is placed, it is immediately included in the processing. Often your order is already too far along in this process by the time we receive and can process your cancellation via email.
Therefore, cancellation is not possible.
The best thing to do is to wait until your package is delivered. If you do not want to keep the products, you can then return them according to our return policy.

Guest order
If you order as a guest, you will receive an order confirmation by email after placing the order. It lists all ordered items. Unfortunately, direct access via our account page is not possible.
Customer account
Once you have placed an order while logged in, you will of course first receive an order confirmation by email.
You will also find your complete order history in your customer account under the section "My orders".
Not logged in
If you placed an order without being logged into your customer account, it will be treated as a guest order.
